These terms apply to HJL’s free newsletter, the Sherlock bonus, HJL accounts and free educational content.

Your HJL account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep access to your sign-in email secure and use the account only for lawful personal purposes. You must not share protected training access, interfere with the service or attempt to access another person's account.

Free educational content

HJL provides the training for general education. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to trade or buy any product. Trading involves risk and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

How the service operates

Creating an account lets HJL deliver the requested training, secure access, preserve your progress and keep an internal record of your activity as described in the Privacy Notice. Optional marketing is governed by a separate choice and is not required to create an account.

Content and availability

HJL owns or licenses the site and training content. You may use it personally but may not copy, resell or redistribute it. HJL may update, suspend or withdraw free content and may restrict accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, HJL is not responsible for trading losses, decisions made from educational material or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.

The Sherlock survey signup is an invitation to join the free HJL Newsletter, with Sherlock as the main free bonus. The final signup step identifies the newsletter and asks you to tick a separate, unticked newsletter consent box. Accepting these terms alone does not give newsletter consent.

The newsletter is sent by HJL SOLUTIONS LIMITED and covers practical AI ideas, lessons from the studio and updates about HJL and its ventures, including Sherlock. Your survey answers help us understand subscribers’ AI experience, interests and goals and shape relevant newsletter content, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

No payment, purchase or minimum subscription period is required. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails and does not forfeit your Sherlock bonus, remove access to your bonus page or revoke rights already granted in software you downloaded. You do not have to stay subscribed to keep the bonus.

Sherlock is currently in final testing. Its release status and instructions appear on your bonus page; no immediate software download or fixed release date is promised while it is unreleased. If you unsubscribe before release, we will not send marketing or release-update emails, but your bonus page remains available subject to the normal access and security arrangements. Contact us if you need help accessing it.

Sherlock is supplied under the software licence included with its release. That licence governs your software rights and is not overridden by the restrictions on copying this website’s educational content. Compatible hardware, software and your own AI access are required; any third-party account, subscription or usage costs are separate from this free offer.
